TRICENTO    is an interventional therapeutic approach for patients suffering from symptomatic tricuspid regurgitation graded as severe or greater.

The heterotopic treatment concept consists of inserting an additional valve without touching the native tricuspid valve apparatus.

TRICENTO    is based on a stent graft-like implant with lateral bicuspid valve element. The implant, introduced via a catheter-based transfemoral venous access, is anchored into the inferior and superior vena cava and the valve element is aligned with the native tricuspid valve.

TRICENTO    prevents the backward flow of blood during systole and ensures forward flow during diastole.

The function of TRICENTO    is to compensate for the insufficient tricuspid valve by preventing reflux into the vena cava and thereby improving the congestion symptoms.

Transcatheter Valve System forTricuspid Regurgitation

With TRICENTOG2 we are developing an interventional therapeutic approach for patients suffering from symptomatic tricuspid regurgitation graded as severe or greater.

The heterophotic treatment concept consists of inserting an additional valve, preventing contact with the native tricuspid valve apparatus.

TRICENTOG2 is based on a stent graft-like implant with lateral bicuspid valve element. The implant, introduced via a catheter-based transfemoral venous access, is anchored into the inferior and superior vena cava and the valve element is aligned with the native tricuspid valve. This is intended to prevent the backward flow of blood during systole and ensure forward flow during diastole.

The goal of TRICENTOG2 is to compensate for the insufficient tricuspid valve by preventing reflux into the vena cava and thereby improving the congestion symptoms.
